If you’re looking for a fun family outing near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I highly recommend checking out Zone28! It’s the perfect spot for a day of fun with the family. My own family recently visited and had a blast! There’s something for everyone, from bowling to arcade games. We had a great time, and here are three things we did while there!
Had an early dinner
Zone28’s Rail House Restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner. The menu was full of delicious options, and everything we ordered tasted fresh. Our server was friendly and brought my daughter’s kid’s meal out with our appetizer, which I always appreciate.
Played in the huge arcade
Arcades are a great way to have fun and even come home with a prize or two. The arcade at Zone28 is one of the best I’ve visited in a while. They have over seventy-five games to choose from! One of my favorite things about the arcade was that each game displayed how much money it cost instead of using a point system like most other places we’ve visited. The arcade is on two different floors, and there is a ramp for wheelchairs and strollers.
Went bowling
Bowling is a lot of fun, but it isn’t always an inclusive activity that I can join in on. Zone28 has a ramp to access the lanes. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My family didn’t need to worry about renting special shoes because they were not required to bowl.
