Love It Or Hate It? A Review Of My May 2022 BoxyCharm Box

Every month, I look forward to getting my BoxyCharm box. In this post, I’m going to share what I received this month and how I liked it. I was really happy with last month’s box, so this month had some tough competition!

Dr. Lili Fan Probiotic Xlash Enhancer $68

Even though I haven’t got to try this yet, I am happy that I got it in my box. Due to health issues, I experience thinning of my hair, eyebrows, and eye lashes. I am excited to see if it works. I would not pay the retail price for this, but if it works, it may inspire me to find a similar product that is a little more budget friendly.

Dominique Cosmetics Blur & Moisture Serum Primer $28

I’m sure this is a great product, but I just got a primer in my box two months ago, so I haven’t opened this one yet. I like that it is affordable so that I can buy it again if I do end up liking it.

YENSA Skin On Skin Beauty Sponge $18

This sponge is soft, but dense. I haven’t tried it yet because I got a sponge in last month’s box.

ATHR Beauty Desert Sunset Palette $48

I love the colors in this palette. I like browns and natural tones, so this palette will get a lot of use.

V Kosmetiks Creamy Liquid Velvet Lipstick $22

This lipstick was the first thing I tried on from the box. I love the color. As the name suggests, it is velvety, but I don’t really know that I like that texture on my lips. It is pretty and lasts well, so I will wear it.

Overall, I’d give this month’s box a five out of ten. I didn’t love it, but I didn’t hate it either. Last month’s box was much better.

  1. I love a good subscription box! Thanks for sharing your review on this one 🙂

    1. Subscription boxes are so much fun!

  2. Good feedback.. I am always curious about these beauty subscriptions, but wonder if I will get stuff I will actually use.

    1. It’s always a risk that you won’t get things you like, but I’m usually overall fairly happy.
