I love this bunny craft we made today! It was so much fun to watch my daughter scrape the paint off of the paper and create a unique work of art. This wonderful art project is perfect for preschoolers, but older children will also love this painting technique.

Materials Used
White Paper
Something To Draw With
Scissors
Paint
A Plastic Knife or Some Other Flat Tool

I started by drawing a bunny shape on the white paper.

Next, I had my daughter cut it out.

After the bunny shape was cut out, I helped my little one squirt paint onto it. This got messy! This is not a craft that will have a quick clean up. You’ve been warned!

After all the paint was on, I had my daughter use a playdough knife to scrape the extra paint off of the bunny.

The finished product is a unique piece of art!
