February is National Children’s Dental Health Month. We are also headed to the dentist in a week for so. To celebrate both of those things, we have been focused on dental related crafts and activities. Today, I want to share an easy art project that you can use to help start a conversation about dental health with your little one!
Materials Used
- Scissors
- Glue
- Construction Paper
- Something to write with

The prep work for this craft is really easy! I just cut a long rectangle, a toothpaste like shape, and a short rectangle out of construction paper. I took the short rectangle and cut little slits in it so that it would look like the bristles of a toothbrush. If your child is comfortable using scissors, let them do the cutting!

After that was all ready, I had my daughter write her name on the long rectangle.

Next, she glued her toothbrush to a piece of construction paper.

That is it! This craft is super easy!
