Materials Used

  • Paper Plate
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Markers
  • Blue Paint
  • Green Construction Paper
  • White Paper
  • A Paint Brush

I started by flipping the paper plate over and having my toddler paint it with the blue paint.

Once the plate was dry, I cut out small rectangles from the green paper. Next, I had my toddler cut out four strips from the white paper. After everything was cut out, I gave my toddler a marker to draw a face on the paper plate.

Once the face was drawn, my toddler glued the green rectangles onto the paper plate.

To finish this craft, I flipped it over and we glued the paper strips on where arms and legs would be!
