When I found out I was allergic to wheat, I think I was most upset about the fact that I could no longer eat cake and other yummy sweet treats. Today, I am going to share a collection of desserts that are so good, you might not even notice they are gluten free! As a bonus, many of these recipes are also vegan as well!

  1. I’ve been seriously considering going gluten-free. I have RA and it’s supposed to help with the inflammation. All of these look amazing! Pinning!

  2. When my grandmother was diagnosed with celiac’s a few years ago, her hardest was giving up bread/dough products. We’ve been able to find a few recipes and products that she can eat to replace it. I know desserts were a big deal, too, so I will have to share these with her and maybe make one when I visit in a few weeks.

    1. Before I found out I had a wheat allergy, I thought gluten free eating would be boring too! I quickly learned that there are a lot of yummy options out there.
